Let's face it, our lives are often hectic. As a result, it is increasingly difficult to find the time each week to break away from work and other duties for counseling. Our JUMPSTART TO HEALING® is designed to give you the opportunity to achieve the equivalent of 8 weeks of therapy in a single day. With this approach, momentum can be maintained and issues can be addressed in ways that are impossible in shorter sessions. We also offer longer, more intensive Jumpstarts that last up to 5 days.
